Effective 5 July 2026
Terms
These terms apply to your use of StashCard, an iPhone app for saving loyalty card details, barcodes, QR codes, photos, notes, optional iCloud backups, and optional Apple Wallet exports.
StashCard is a utility app.
You are responsible for the loyalty card information you add and for following the terms of any retailer, loyalty programme, Apple service, or network you use with it.
Using StashCard
You may use StashCard to store and display loyalty card information that you are allowed to use. Do not use StashCard to store or present information in a way that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
Your Card Information
StashCard does not verify loyalty card ownership, balances, rewards, retailer terms, or whether a card will be accepted at checkout. You are responsible for checking that saved details are accurate and that you have permission to use them.
Optional iCloud Backup
If you choose to create an iCloud backup, that backup is stored using Apple iCloud. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Optional Apple Wallet Export
If you choose to export a card to Apple Wallet, StashCard may send the pass details needed to create a signed Wallet pass to the StashCard Wallet API. Apple Wallet and related Apple services are governed by Apple's terms.
Availability and Changes
StashCard is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or stop working because of app updates, operating system changes, retailer changes, Apple services, network conditions, or service maintenance.
Privacy
The StashCard Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the app and optional service flows.
